The following terms and conditions relate to all training courses booked with Sian Hill.
Attending your Multi-Certification NLP Practitioner and NLP Master Practitioner Course.
To attend the course, payment in full must have been received by Sian Hill 14 days prior to the course start date unless agreed otherwise.
Pre-course materials will only be issued once the full non-refundable deposit of £600 has been received.
You must attend the full course to be Accredited, you must also successfully pass the relevant test papers if you wish to gain accredited status.
Transferring of a course is at the companies discretion. A transfer fee may apply and any discounts given will no longer be applied.
If for any reason, you have to cancel an agreed booking, this must be notified to Sian Hill in writing and the cancellation fees will apply as detailed below:
Less than 1 month written notice given - 100% of payments received will be retained.
Less than 3 months written notice given - 75% of payment received will be retained.
More than 3 months written notice given - £600 deposit will be retained.
